About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic individual to form part of our dynamic Sales team in NSW as a Clinical Nurse Educator. Reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW/ACT, you will be responsible for supporting Medline products and services in line with sales and marketing strategies for the territory to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Primary responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Managers by demonstrating and educating our clients on the Medline product range. Confidently work through customer indifference, objections and concerns
  • Co-ordinate with Account Managers the management and execution of clinical evaluations and demonstrations in accordance with the clinical trial protocol.
  • Seek own promotion and relationship building activities that link to each regional objectives
  • Develop and implement training/educational programs for use with our clients
  • Develop and manage implementation projects in conjunction with the Account Managers for new customer and or new product implementations.
  • Assist the Product Managers with development and implementation of Product training for new and existing employees
  • Manage the use of your allocated time to effectively conduct audits or training needs of the clients in line with team demands and business opportunities outstanding.
  • Participate in product and sales support training as directed by your manager to maintain knowledge and application of principles.
  • Develop PSS skills and practice role-plays to develop skill level at overcoming customer objections during trials and evaluations.
  • Understanding of NSW Public and private hospital system and the key issues of the Medical Industry.

You will have experience in providing clinical education, theatre management, medical supplies management or sales & marketing. Registered Nursing qualification required. EN, RN, BSCI Nursing. To be successful in this position you will need a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Peri-Operative environment across multiple specialties - preferably in an instrument nurse role. This position will require you to think on your feet, have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a logical manner and acute attention to detail, organisational and hands-on problem solving skills and intermediate Excel skills.
